What are we doing?

Nothing, Festival has just finished and we're waiting for the weather to warm up so we can go outside.

At this time we go on our annual spring trip.  SF members must have accumulated a set number of workdays from our spring work to be able to go on the trip. Past trips have involved caving, canoeing, hiking, and this year we hope to go white-water rafting .

June, July, August

We are out of school so we obviously aren't doing work on a regular basis. Usually a crew of about 3 or 4 SF members are hired to do work for pay.

Festival is all we are concerned with at this time. We are staking out fields to show customers which trees are to be cut. Our officers get out of school one day to set up our one-of-a-kind teepee. Festival occurs over one weekend usually in early December. We spend two nights out in the cold and then wake up to help our customers find a Christmas tree to their liking.
