The fifth grade hiked to the Glen Helen Outdoor Education Center to observe ecosystems. Students made a stop at the Raptor Center and saw a hawk, an owl, and a falcon. The learning that took place at the Raptor Center was taken back to the classroom where the students dissected owl pellets and began investigating the food chain.
