Our students study about Medieval times each year. As they learn
about feudal society students complete cooperative projects, which they share with the
rest of the class. Students also create their own castles in art class. Their study
culminates with a Medieval Festival in which students assume the roles of kings, queens,
knights, minstrels, jesters, serfs, etc. They come in costume for the day and are treated
to entertainment, games, crafts, and a Medieval feast.
