Mills Lawn Elementary fourth graders participated in Project Starshine, an international student project.  Students ground and polished mirrors that will become part of a satellite deployed from Space Shuttle orbiters. This project will measure atmospheric density by observing the orbital decay of an optically reflective satellite during a six month mission.
